- Call / E-Mail / Online Demo/ Visit prospects, explain our services to the prospects and maintain a good working relationship .
- Selling our solutions to SMEs in the verticals of FMCG, Bakery Chains, Hospitals Chains, White Good retail outlet Chains, Mobile phone retail outlet chains, Salons and Spa Chains, Petrol pump owners, Multi-location and multi businesses owners, Large distributors and some Corporate companies, Service oriented businesses that has field forces spread across the city / state/country.
- Identify & analyze the client’s requirements & propose customized solutions for Order Automation, live tracking of sales/field service executives, closing stock monitoring at the primary and secondary, closing stock audits, Dashboard for the business owners etc.
- Mapping the requirements of the clients and providing them the best solution to meet their business needs effectively
- Interaction with senior management / IT head in the client organizations & present our services
- Manage complex sales situations & acquire clients based on value based selling.
- Following complete sales cycle and ensuring prospect uses the product on one month basis and then convert them to a subscription user.
- Sales Analysis, Usage review and planning vis-à-vis product analysis on a monthly basis.
- Closely monitoring of competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies.
- Achieving sales objectives, revenues by selling, up selling and cross selling.
- Executives to drive both volume and value business.
